About Anna
Anna is a yoga teacher based in North-East London.
She is a warm and approachable, offering an empowering practice that has your own inquiry at its heart. She is not here to tell you how the shapes you take with your body should look or feel, but to welcome you into a space in which you can explore your understanding of and relationship with your Self.
Studio Classes
Anna teaches weekly Vinyasa, Yin and Slow Flow classes at a variety of community-focused studios across North East London. You can find her schedule here.

Bringing yoga into your workplace gives your employees the chance to decompress, refresh and recalibrate. It tells them that you prioritise their mental health, and it shows them that you care.
Anna listens to the needs of your organisation, and of your employees. From there, she cultivates a tailored offering.

Therapeutic Settings
Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Anna worked with people experiencing multiple barriers, including the homeless, ex-offenders, those struggling with addiction, and asylum seekers and refugees.
It is her strong belief that yoga can be its most powerful in our most challenging times, and for that reason she is passionate about its inclusion in therapeutic settings.
She teaches at a Drugs and Alcohol Rehab Centre, and has previously taught at a women’s shelter for those who have been trafficked.

Anna loves teaching students one on one; it enables her to give you tailored support to develop your practice, both physically and more holistically.
She has a lovely home studio in Stoke Newington, but is equally happy to travel to you or to do sessions online.
