Mudra Yoga London is my home away from home - a cosy, warm and loving studio opposite Clissold Park in Stoke Newington

Rather than something we reward ourselves with when we think we’ve done enough, rest is and should be available to all of us, at any time. In a world that encourages us to rush more, work more, and produce more, rest is so often what we need to come back to ourselves and to bring us into balance.

When we permit ourselves to slow down, we tend to discover it’s exactly what we’ve been waiting for.

Designed to release the body and quieten the mind, join me for two hours of cosy, tea-accompanied relaxation.

This workshop will include:

꩜     Gentle and calming breathwork

꩜     Space for meditation and reflection

꩜     Soft, releasing movement leading in to a restorative Yin practice

꩜     All topped off with guided relaxation in the form of Yoga Nidra
